Back, but where?
Iran is being pushed to allow International Inspectors to monitor it's allegedly secret Weapons of Mass Destruction Program, but is resisting.
This brings us to a very complex dilemma: Should it resist and face sanctions, and perhaps an invasion in some, let's say, twelve years? Or should it embrace openess and disarm, so that in twelve years it has no deterrent, and can be invaded anyway? (Kind of like when irak said it had some hidden missiles, was forced to destroy them, and then was invaded anyway.)
You know, this kind of dilemmas are the ones that make people display erratic behavior and end up doing something completely unexpected like attacking a nuclear power now, when it's showing signs of weakness.
